Working together! Open Day
Join us on Saturday 23rd of November for our annual Working together open day!
In association with Kids in Museums and Discover! we will be showcasing the different types of roles within the Sainsbury Centre team. Anyone who is interested in finding out more about working in a gallery or museum is welcome to take part, ask questions and learn something new.
For adults and young adults: Play our galleries game with associate artist Hannelore Baxter and help solve a mystery of the mezzanine!
For Children and Families:
- Conservation Challenge: Look carefully at the artworks in the Sculpture Park – can you detect any damage?! Find out about some of the challenges involved in looking after these outdoor pieces.
- Curate A Display: Help a go at creating your own mini-gallery display.
Ticket: Our new Universal Ticket allows access to our entire gallery. This ticket operates on a ‘Pay If and What You Can’ basis. Upon arrival, please go to gallery reception where our universal ticket is available.
