Returns

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please send an email to scva@uea.ac.uk within 30 days of the original purchase. Please ensure your item is unused, in the original packaging and that you still have your receipt.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods, including food and drinks
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings
  • Sale products
  • Products sold as seen or ex-display products

 

Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for any item that is returned more than 30 days after ordered.

We are also unable to issue refunds for items returned without a receipt.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account. If you have yet to receive the funds back into your account after this time, please contact us at scva@uea.ac.uk.

 

Exchanges
If you would like to return an item and have it exchanged for a different product, please send an email to scva@uea.ac.uk listing the item you wish to return and the item you would like to exchange it for.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 working days confirming stock availability and the eligibility of your exchange.

 

Damages

If you find a problem with your purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible by sending an email to scva@uea.ac.uk. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damage or fault to assist with arranging a refund or exchange.

We will always endeavour to rectify any issues by either refunding or replacing any damaged or incorrect items as quickly as possible. If you are unable to return goods in person, we can accept postal returns, but we are unable to cover the cost of postage.
