This year, we’ve teamed up with ArtatWork, an organisation based in Norwich who deliver art projects to promote wellbeing and good mental health.
Join artists Holly and Melanie from ArtatWork for a creative weekend workshop inspired by Grayson Perry: The Pre-Therapy Years. Together we will take inspiration from Grayson Perry’s work to make our own playful creations inspired by contemporary culture.
The workshop will begin with looking at the plates Grayson Perry made about Essex, where he grew up. Guided by Holly and Melanie, we will collect images, develop ideas, and experiment with materials to make a concertina book to celebrate the places and landscapes that are significant and meaningful to us.
This is suitable for adults who would like to try something creative in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Grayson Perry: The Pre-Therapy Years is on show until 30 January 2021. Book your ticket here
